These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PawHaus website (pawhaus.com) and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. PawHaus is operated from Singapore.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate but do not warrant that they are error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

  • An order is confirmed only after we have processed your payment successfully.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within Singapore only.
  • Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over S$50. Orders under S$50 incur a flat S$4.90 shipping fee.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at hello@pawhaus.com with your order number.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of PawHaus and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, PawHaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
