Standard shipping within Singapore takes 7–14 business days. We ship from our fulfilment partners and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over S$50 within Singapore. Orders under S$50 have a flat shipping fee of S$4.90.

Absolutely! We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Yes! All products in our store are made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. We carefully vet every item before adding it to our catalogue to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.

Currently, we only ship within Singapore. We're working on expanding to Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries soon. Stay tuned!

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.
